Data Deletion Instructions

01 How to Submit a Deletion Request

1. Email enquiry@jiphfurniture.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include your full name, company name (if applicable), email address, phone/WhatsApp number and a brief description of the information to be deleted.
3. Do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents unless requested by JIPH.

02 Request Through WhatsApp

Reply "DELETE MY DATA" in your WhatsApp conversation. Our team may verify ownership of the phone number before processing your request.

03 Identity Verification

To protect your privacy, we may verify your identity before deleting any information. Only the minimum information required for verification will be requested.

04 Processing Time

Valid requests are normally processed within 30 Days. If additional time is required, we will notify you.

05 Information That Will Be Deleted

• Business enquiry records
• Customer communication records
• Website enquiry information
• WhatsApp enquiry records
• Customer support records
• Information no longer required by law

06 Information We May Retain

• Accounting & taxation records
• Legal obligations
• Fraud prevention records
• Contractual obligations
• Minimal suppression records

07 Confirmation

After processing, we will confirm completion of the deletion request or explain why certain information must legally be retained.
